Work built on trust

Draftpic is a small, considered video production company built around long-term relationships. We believe the best work comes from listening first, understanding context, and creating space for people to feel comfortable being themselves.

This way of working shapes everything we do - from early conversations through to delivery - and allows us to create video that feels honest, respectful, and purposeful.

How Draftpic began

Draftpic began with a shared interest in storytelling and that interest was shaped by a belief that how stories are told matters just as much as what’s being said.

Anton’s background behind the camera is paired with Kate’s experience in planning, structure, and coordination. Together, they bring a balance of creative instinct and considered process - allowing projects to move forward with clarity, care, and intention.

That balance continues to shape how Draftpic works today: thoughtful in approach, collaborative in nature, and grounded in trust.

How we work

We work closely with our clients from the outset, taking time to understand context, intent, and the people involved. Clear communication and thoughtful planning allow each project to move forward without pressure or unnecessary complexity.

Our process is collaborative and considered, shaped around trust and mutual respect. This approach helps create an environment where people feel comfortable, stories can unfold naturally, and the final work feels aligned with its purpose.

Where our work lives

Our work most often lives in places where clarity and trust matter. It’s used across organisational websites, internal communications, campaigns, reports, and stakeholder engagement — supporting understanding over time rather than one-off moments.

These are environments where consistency, tone, and context are important, and where video needs to feel aligned with the organisation it represents.

Let’s start with a simple conversation together

Many of the organisations we work with already have experience making video. What they’re often looking for isn’t more capability — it’s the right fit.

We work best alongside teams who value care, context, and the human side of storytelling. Where trust matters, where people’s experiences are personal, and where making someone feel safe isn’t a checkbox, but fundamental to both how we work and who we are.

If that approach resonates, we’d welcome a conversation to see whether we’re the right partner for the work ahead.
